Real Name
I need either
a real name or a net name (or both) to put on your bio. I don't
care which, but fill out one of these fields or I won't be able
to include you.
Net Name(s)
Travelling from (City,
State / Province, and Country, please)
I need to know where you're travelling
from so I know which page to put you on (East, West, UK, etc.) If
you're in the US, please list a state, and write it out so there's
no confusion. "LA" means Louisiana to me, and I assume Washington
is the state, so if you're in D.C., specify! And a state or province
is really helpful, Canadians and Americans!
Email Address
If you fail to include
your email address, and anything is missing from your entry, I won't
be able to email you to find out what I need to know. I will only
include your email address if you select YES for the next question,
so don't worry about it getting out; I will respect your privacy
and only use your address if I need to contact you for roll call
purposes.
Include link to your
email address in bio?
Yes
No
Default is 'No' and unless
you change it to Yes, your email will not be included. I have a
lot of respect for privacy.
Main URL
If you have a website,
please include a link which will allow people visiting the roll
call to learn more about you. If you have more than one, please
enter secondary ones in the bio field.
URL where I can
find a photograph. Please make it recognizable. I reserve the right
to not post a photo that isn't recognizable, since it defeats the
purpose and wastes my time. Thanks.
The roll call is to
help people identify each other, so no photo (or an unrecognizable,
old, or heavily photoshopped one) means no easy identification.
If you don't have a photo online (and need me to scan one for you),
please email me at madelyn_boudreaux@ovid.com .
If you are ambitious and want to make your own thumbnail, please
make it 100x100.
Short biography
Please make your bio
interesting and informative. People want to know what you're like!
When I say "short," I mean, a few sentences and not too much longer
than a paragraph (unless you really want to say more, which is really
okay).
